The warranty is only valid for the original homeowner from the date of installation and is non-transferable. Warranty is only valid if continued R-Membership is paid and annual maintenance is performed by Ron’s Plumbing, HVAC & Electric. Issues must be reported to Ron’s Plumbing, HVAC & Electric in a timely manner. Replacement is of equivalent value. All terms and conditions of the R-Membership apply at all times to maintain the warranty, breach of any terms or conditions or lapse in R-Membership will void the warranty. Warranty coverage lasts the lifetime of the unit as determined by Ron’s Plumbing, HVAC & Electric.

Our lifetime warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or damage resulting from any of the following:
- Neglect i.e. improper environment
- Improper routine maintenance, repair, or alterations performed by anyone other than qualified Ron’s PHE personnel.
- “Acts of God” including, but not limited to fire, lightning, wind, floods, or tornadoes.
Furnace accessories are not covered by the warranty.
